Group airport transfer to and from Tromsø Airport (TOS)

Tromsø Airport, Langnes, lies on Tromsøya just west of the city centre — the drive to most central hotels is short. For groups, the challenge is rarely the distance but getting everyone and their luggage, skis or sports gear into one vehicle at the right time.
We pick up at the arrivals hall and drive straight to your hotel, conference venue, cabin or ship. For departures we collect you with enough time for check-in and security, which matters on busy winter mornings.

Choosing the right vehicle
The 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter takes medium groups; tell us the number of large bags and skis so we can make sure it fits. For larger groups, ask about our coach.
Give us the flight numbers when you book. If the flight is delayed, we adjust the pick-up time.

Can you drive directly from the airport to Lyngen or Senja?
Yes. Many ski and touring groups go straight from TOS to their accommodation outside Tromsø.
Can we bring skis and sports equipment?
Yes, but tell us how much in advance so we choose a vehicle with enough space.
